Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that as of July 1st, 2025, transactions involving the physical presence of Customer Service Department staff will be conducted from 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Passages during nighttime hours will proceed as usual for all vessels that have completed the required arrival notification procedures and payment arrangements.
We remind you that, in addition to the option of prepayment via bank transfer, you can take advantage of the new upgraded electronic transaction platform, which allows for arrival notifications and fee calculations through the secure Pay By Link system.
