Reopening of the Corinth Canal for Navigation from March 8, 2025

 

The Corinth Canal will once again be available for navigation from March 8, 2025, until November 2, 2025.

 

Since 2021, extensive restoration works have been carried out to enhance the safety and stability of the canal’s slopes. These interventions have significantly reinforced the security of vessel transits, while the overall works are expected to be completed by January 2026.

 

The Corinth Canal, a crucial maritime passage for global shipping, is now ready to serve international navigation once again, ensuring safe and uninterrupted transits.
